Fixed And Flat Fee
A single, all-inclusive fee that is agreed upon before we begin our work. The scope of the project is clearly defined, and within those bounds the price we quote is the price you pay.

The scope of fixed or flat fee work should be well-defined from the outset. If the project’s requirements materially change, fees may adjust to reflect the new scope.
Hourly Rates

Disbursements and Efficiency
Disbursements are out-of-pocket expenses required to move your file forward, such as filing fees or courier charges. We aim to minimize these costs wherever possible. These are normally the client’s responsibility, although in some cases, we factor certain disbursements directly into our fee, and we will always note this in our fee schedule.
